muay thai


It's been a month since I joined Muay Thai training..
What for? I couldn't let go my anger.. It's crazy.

I need to help myself. It's such a rare condition where I couldn't let go my anger..
Muay thai accommodate this stress..

This is my 5th time.. after 5 times, why on earth i just remembered to imagining one's face in the target. After 5 weeks!
Padahal alesan gue kan untuk transfer kemarahan.. Gila, ternyata yg di film2 itu emang bener! Kalo bayangin orang yg lo benci, bisa bener2 bikin lo semangat! Asik bgt.. hahaha.. 


Oke.. berdosa kah? Jahat kah? I think I am.. but I feel good. Gimana dong?!
But one thing I know for sure, if you have this bad energy inside you, release it. Muay Thai is how I release my anger  physically.
